The office staff is very sweet and so willing to accommodate a tight dead line. Techs are always respectful of my clients and their homes. I've used this amazing company for years. Highly recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about Nick and Right On. We've been having issues with our AC after another company installed it. He found multiple problems and was able to fix them during the same visit. He showed me pictures of the problems, explained it thoroughly and then showed me photos of the fixes so I didn't have to crawl up into the attic. Right On is our go-to from now on! After two months of run-around, providing the wrong quote at a 70% higher cost than initially given verbally, and a complete lack of communication, I email to request the originally requested quote again (or we'd have to begin looking at other vendors), I received a response saying "best of luck". Completely unprofessional. Thank you for showing us your true colors; you don't deserve our 15k in business. If your office is run this way, I can only imagine the shoddiness of your technicians.
