We contracted Ilya to build a modern fireplace in our living room. We had a general idea of what we wanted and Ilya helped us make final decision about the design. His work was high quality and we plan to hire him for future projects.

We had a window leak in the middle of the rainy season in Seattle in our kitchen. Other contractors wanted to rip out the entire wall "or we can't do it." Ilya and Advanced Home Repairs were truly a lifesaver. They quickly diagnosed the issue, communicated clearly and continuously, saving extra trips. They understood the urgency and were able to come out quickly to do the work. They took apart the window, identified the issue, fixed it, and added additional safeguards so it wouldn't happen again. The price was reasonable and we couldn't be happier with the work done. We've referred Advanced Home Repairs to friends and family, and they've done great work all around. Overall, great company. I can't recommend them enough!
