Courteous, Professional, Trustworthy That's how I'd describe the crew at Advance Home Repairs. Their team worked fast and efficiently when removing part of our hallway wall to make room for a new railing. The end product was perfect and the clean-up was minimal. I appreciated Ilya's communication style and transparency on how long the project will take and when he'd be arriving at the home. He was courteous and friendly and respected our requests especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. I highly recommend his services.

We had a window leak in the middle of the rainy season in Seattle in our kitchen. Other contractors wanted to rip out the entire wall "or we can't do it." Ilya and Advanced Home Repairs were truly a lifesaver. They quickly diagnosed the issue, communicated clearly and continuously, saving extra trips. They understood the urgency and were able to come out quickly to do the work. They took apart the window, identified the issue, fixed it, and added additional safeguards so it wouldn't happen again. The price was reasonable and we couldn't be happier with the work done. We've referred Advanced Home Repairs to friends and family, and they've done great work all around. Overall, great company.
