I recently had the pleasure to work with Oscar Fabela about installing new windows in our home. After dealing with the absurd prices from other competitors that reached upwards of 50k. I was pleased to know that Oscar was able to offer me a great deal for 8 windows and it included a sliding door for 16k. The customer service that Oscar displayed was phenomenal, he was very knowledgeable about the products he was showcasing, going through all the window options and styles that DaBella had to offer. I also really appreciated the fact that Oscar didn't make it feel like we needed to buy windows that day like the other companies we met with and respected that we'd need 2 weeks to work things on our end. From start to finish, Dods was the project manager, my liaison with the company and I trusted him. Excellent choice! He explained the project in detail, was polite and knowledgeable and has been a valued asset in this expensive endeavor. He explained the contract, the possible 'overages' (minimal but necessary) and has been a kind and patient advocate. The roofing crew who did my home were professional, fast and the cleanup was spot-on correct. The entire project was so well handled, and it is obvious that a professional crew did the installation of the new roof (love the color). Having a new roof with a 50-year, non-prorated guarantee is a plus in the equity column. I highly recommend this company for anyone's roof!
