I was so impressed with his down to earth demeanor and his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure that everything looked the way that WE wanted it to look. Often times when you hire people to do work in your home, it's tough to tell them to fix things if something doesn't work right because of the fear of offending them, but Ralph welcomed it and often asked us for our feedback before proceeding. Overpriced. Out of three bids came out way over. Prices made no sense.
