Our tankless water heater installed by previous owners bit the dust (not repairable) and we contacted Tom after hours on a Saturday evening. New unit installed Monday afternoon! Tom was responsive, answered all our questions, and educated us after install on the specifics of unit recommended for our needs. He is professional, kept in contact about arrival time, and install is top notch. Thank you!
Called in mid morning, the dispatcher was polite and asked all the correct questions, gave a true quote over the phone, set up an appointment for later the same day. The installer was prompt, courteous, and prepared. He came with a replacement water heater and all additional replacement parts, we had hot water an hour later. Superb job, if I could give more than (5) stars I would. Highly, very highly recommended. Tops in my book!!????
