I needed two outdoor flood lights installed. The scheduler on the phone told me they should be able to get these installed within the basic charge of $100, only for the electrician to come in and give me a bill of $6,000 for two outdoor lights! I had a great experience with Kanon Electric getting my electrical panel completely replaced. I was recommended to them by my uncle who used them in his panel replacement, and after reading the reviews from others, I was sold! I emailed the company and received a quick call back from Anne and setup the appointment. Louis and AJ came the next day and assessed my box which was definitely a hazard as it was sparking and lights were flashing like poltergeist. They explained to me my options in services. The next day AJ and John came to fix my panel the day and did a great job! AJ showed up right on time with John to get the job started. They were very thorough in the work and explained everything very well! Thank you again, Kanon Electric! Especially to AJ who was very personable and friendly throughout the process. We've worked with Kanon in the past, and had no hesitation about reaching out to them for a quote on a new project. Justin and Solomon were on time and as the quote was in line with our expectations, we decided to have them go ahead and do the work on the spot. They quickly installed a light and switch in our new utility room, showed us everything they did, and left a spotless work area. 10/10, would definitely recommend to anyone in the greater south sound area.
