The proposal with Bruce was amazing. Really felt like we would be taken care of by these guys. We hired them to do a wheelchair accessible bathroom remodel for my father with ALS. Project was quoted at taking 8 weeks. At 11 weeks post demo, the man the bathroom was for passed away. It was then they decided to use the closet as a staging area and get all sorts of dust, dirt and debris all over the remaining clothes and items. Contract stated it would remain sealed off. At 14 weeks we requested things get moved along as we would like to sell. Finally then was there a little hustle seen from an outside perspective. Still, it took 2.5 weeks longer to finish. 2+ months longer than quoted, with no delays in getting supplies, or worker shortages. Bathroom does looks great, but at too steep a price (70k) for taking twice as long, and losing way too much sanity.
