They were able to get me scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. They were friendly. Eric did a great job getting our gas fireplace working. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue. After a bad experience with a previous company, I was searching for a new business for my gas furnace maintenance. One company had told me, if they didn't do the install, they won't do the maintenance. Another one that I dealt with for many years sent a kid out to do the maintenance and when I asked for the price at the end of the job, he was unsure, but gave me an estimate. They I got a bill later for about $20 higher. I called Pacific Air, and oh my, what a difference! First, I dealt with Araceli on the phone. She was very pleasant to deal with, respectful, and let me know, they would work on my furnace, and I even got a price quote up front. Jon came out to do the maintenance on my furnace and safety inspect my water tank, and he was excellent! He put on covers over his shoes right from the start.
