I am buying anew kiln, but it has a different plug than I have installed. They let me send them pictures from my phone and then checked their stock and were willing to save the receptacle I needed. When I got there I had decided to get a new plug instead and they found that for me. Thanks
I’m really impressed with how nice everyone is and how helpful everyone is! 10/10 Mike also helped me with something super quick just after closing which I really appreciate! He went above & beyond!
