When I built my house they were fine, but recently I called about a problematic outlet. They told me it would be 2 months before they could send someone out. I asked if they could refer anyone else because I was worried about a fire hazard and I was told to call the fire department. So I'm not finding them reliable at all and really think the one star is generous.

I called them on March 23 requesting to have an EV charging station installation in my garage. "Gary" said they were booked till mid May or later but if I paid more a guy who does commercial installation could do it mid April. I agreed to that. Gary told me to get pictures and email them.i did. He did not respond. I emailed the next day requesting confirmation of receipt of email and pictures as they hadn't responded. I never heard back nor did they return my calls. I then called Sound Solar who responded immediately and we're out here within days and installed it.

Dan and his team have always been amazing to work with for both my business and home. I absolutely recommend them for both electrical and low-voltage wiring projects.
