I just wanted to write and thank you for helping get my heat back on last month. You squeezed me in when no one would even talk to me because they all so busy and you provided exceptional service. Tyson really went above and beyond and was so kind and patient, explaining problems in my electrical system that really should've come up in the home inspection! I just received the bill and I'm so grateful for your fair and honest business practices. I was really in a tight spot with the heat being out and nowhere else to go; you could have charged me so much more but I can see that's not how you do business and I thank you for that. When I built my house they were fine, but recently I called about a problematic outlet. They told me it would be 2 months before they could send someone out. I asked if they could refer anyone else because I was worried about a fire hazard and I was told to call the fire department. So I'm not finding them reliable at all and really think the one star is generous.
