Cedric came to my house to look at a unique issue. We had a great conversation and he said he would talk to staff and write up an estimate and get back to me in a few days. That was over three weeks ago. I have called and texted numerous times and nothing. Very unprofessional. If you can't do the jobs just say that so I can find someone who can.
Very happy in the work that was performed. Rene went out of his way to answer all my questions with even showing up on a Saturday to give hands on advice. I replaced some sheathing that was in rough shape and they pushed my scheduled start date out to accommodate the extra time it was taking me to complete the job.
