Cedric came to my house to look at a unique issue. We had a great conversation and he said he would talk to staff and write up an estimate and get back to me in a few days. That was over three weeks ago. I have called and texted numerous times and nothing. Very unprofessional. If you can't do the jobs just say that so I can find someone who can.
Got a bid and had questions. I sent an email and after 3 days telephoned them. After waiting another 4 day and no response contacted another company to re-roof my house.
I had my 20+ year old roof replaced by Above The Rest Roofing. Rene was the contact person and he is a great representative for Above The Rest. He explained in detail what the job entailed from the start to the finish. Everything was as discussed. The roofers arrived on time. They finished the job on schedule. The roof is fantastic looking! There wasn't any debris left when they were done. ZERO. No nails. No scraps. Driveways and lawn spotless. I won't be worried about it for the next two decades.
