Absolutely the worst plumbers in the Tri Cities. We just built a new home and unfortunately the contractor used this company. We knew from our prior home that they were absolutely awful. Issues with the last house found prior to selling. Poor workmanship and lack of professionalism. The new hoe has had the following issues. Failure to put the septic system in the correct place, which cost us a lot of money to change everything. Forgot to plum for a small sink in the kitchen. We have concrete floors so this was quite a process and costly to correct. Hooked up dishwasher wrong causing water to spill everywhere, did not hook up the water softer, which is still leaking. did not adjust the shower heads to function appropriately. Last but not least, put in the wrong garbage disposal, came to replace it with the correct one. Failed to install because they forgot the wire for it to be hard wired.
