I hate to leave a bad review. But I feel it’s deserved. I called for an estimate. But this company has no need for my business. They must have so much business that I don’t matter. I explained that I am closing on a house and I need the estimate before my closing date. But that since I am not in the house yet, my real estate agent needs to open the door and to be there (by law). Ponchos would not work out an appointment time. If I do not want a 3 hour window, they will not give me an estimate. Okie dokie.

We are so impressed by the service we received that we are immediately switching to Pancho's from another company we've used for at least 13 years. Our furnace is in the crawlspace & we've been getting worrisome reports from the technicians servicing it. Needing a second opinion, we received a recommendation for Pancho's. Michael put our minds at ease by assuring us that our system is functioning properly and there's no need to consider replacing it at this time.
