We used Paramount to find us a new tenant for our rental. Chris Jamieson was so thourough and professional and found us great tenants rather quickly. We will definitely be using Paramount from here on out and highly reccomend Chris as a great property manager.

Paramount manages our rental. They are highly capable, communicative, easy to deal with, and very thorough. As absentee owners living across the country we needed a company that would be able to handle things for us. They take the worry out of keeping our rental in good shape and dealing with the tenants.
