The technician that came out was truly amazing. Not only did he fix what needed to be fixed right away but he also was a sweetheart. I was also very very pleased with the bill. During power outages at the first winter storm of the year, the relay on the circuit board on our furnace went out intermittently failing. Valley Furnace was able to schedule us in a very reasonable time during this which we were grateful for. Daryl diagnosed the failure within minutes and got the unit to work while we waited for the part which made Thanksgiving more enjoyable. Part came in and was replaced a week later for a very reasonable and transparent price. Would highly recommend and will use their services in the future. Service: Heating system repair
