This review is long overdue. There's been a lot of ups and downs but now that we're in the prime of summer and our ACs are humming everyday, I'm so happy I went with this company. Initially Cal came to give us an estimate. We wanted ductless ACs installed in the upper level floors of our 4 story 1970s split level house, because only the upper floors got hot. The 3 other companies that came to gave us an estimate either tried to sell us central AC or couldn't think of how to efficiently get the ductless ACs. Cal spent a lot of time discussing various options with us and we liked his willingness to listen and provide a solution. On install day, I found out that the vents would actually wrap around the front exterior of the house in a way that seemed unsightly. But again, the installation team worked with us to find a workable solution around it. Fast forward 6 months, when we switched on the AC on the first hot day of the year, it would not cool the house. We wanted an easily accessible shutoff valve in the gas line to the kitchen stove. All Climate was recommended by Puget Sound Energy and they did a great job. Got us on the schedule but when an earlier job needed to be rescheduled they called and asked if they could move ours up. The technician understood exactly what we wanted done and completed the work quickly and ensured all our gas appliances were working properly before he left. Excellent service all around.

Noah did an outstanding job! He explained every step as he performed the service and when he it was complete, he cleaned everything perfectly and even vacuumed!
