Willy (a Sal Heat & Cooling’s technician) came to our house for 60 minutes after I called. He was refined, meticulous and respectful. He took the time to teach my soulmate and I some tricks to keep everything functioning well, showed us the problem, and clarified precisely what he was fixing and how. Incredible customer service!!
Service was outstanding from the point of scheduling, renewing service plan to the technician providing service and answering all questions I had.
