Our go-to for this 1955 home's drain problems for years. Asked the guy this time (unmoveble blockage in double kitchen farm sink) for the back story re. negative comments about them in online reviews, since we, too, couldn't get through to them a couple months earlier for a bathroom blockage that, fortunately, ultimately, cleared. "During this pandemic we engaged a new answering service and it was a nightmare! Nothing worked right and it was complicated getting out of." I believe it! Even this time when I self-dialed their website # it kept sending me to Sports Clips!?! I finally just tapped on their web number and got through to them w/out a problem. Clearly our conversation was recorded, which is a plus for both parties. Clint was great! In all ways! (Called to tell us he would be here between 2 & 4--arrived @ 2.) He unblocked a real stubborn clog, which we had tried every remedy on earlier. Very reasonable price. 10 out of 10 stars--satisfaction plus!
Very nice people. Very knowledgeable and were able to get right on the job. If you have any plumbing problems these are the guys to call. Update I recommended this company to a friend they weren't on time they didn't fix the problem they would not call him or communicate with him and they would show up whenever they wanted. will not recommend them again. I've recommended them four or five times before this. It's very disappointing
A pipe burst late Sunday night causing us to have to shut our water off- called the Drain Surgeon first thing Monday morning- they came out right away, fixed the problem without any trouble. Fast, friendly, professional.
