IBEX Roof

IBEX did an excellent job of addressing several items my inspector found when assessing my new home. They repaired an attic vent, replaced pipe boots on roof, replaced some architectural shingles, cleaned gutters and treated the moss. Same roofer both visits. Cesar was polite, capable and an excellent communicator. He documented everything with photos. He had some suggestions for future improvements too. Only thing that could be better was I never received an estimate for making those improvements. I won’t be doing them now anyway but it would help me to budget for next fall’s service. Saw the good reviews and scheduled a call for them to come out and give us a quote, which should be a fairly simple process. During the call the lady emphasized that both home owners must be present when the sales person come out, and now I understand why, because just like the timeshare sales people they won't leave unless they get you to sign right then and right there. Even though I told him that we have an HOA and there is no way we can proceed without submitting an architectural review first. The sales person kept asking "but why? Don't you think we are a good company? Why won't you sign with us right now?" like 10 times until I finally had to stand up to leave. Oh and also the quote kept coming down, just like the other reviewer said, exactly like a timeshare company. The sales pitch took a total of 3 hours until I ended it. Working with Ibex was great! We got our roof and gutters replaced. They upheld all parts of the agreement - including when the scope changed a bit. There were some staff turn over challenges, and they were amazing at keeping me updated and informed. Everyone working on our property was amazingly respectful and they always cleaned up everything. They were always on time, and the project was done efficiently and well. They even came back to do some final touch ups without any issues! Would highly recommend! Especially if you have a more technical or challenging project. They were great partners on coming up with solutions for ours!
