All the employees from start to finish were kind, respectful, diligent, professional, hard working and it was a great experience working with them. After our estimate our job was the following week and our roof and gutters with done within 3 days and it was easy process the entire way. I was looking for great roofing company. I scheduled 5 estimates with different companies. IBEX Roof was 3rd on my list. Kyle came and did presentation that absolutely sold me. I didn't even waited for the 2 remaining companies and their estimates. Kyle was professional and friendly. Next stop was Johnny the project manager. Johnny contacted me to introduce himself and walked me thru what will be next. Johnny explained everything clearly and in timely manner. Again being very professional and attentive to whatever questions I had. All was scheduled for 11/23/22. Fidel and Don arrived on time, introduced themselves and went straight to work. Amazing work by 2 hard workers. They finished at 4:30pm and came back on Thanksgiving ( I had no problem with that) to dov the final touch ups and clean up. When tackling a huge project like replacing a roof, you want the right people / company in your corner. From the moment we put a request out for bids, IBEX quickly went to the top of our list, and they did not disappoint! We met with the salesperson, who did a full presentation, explained the process, as well as the warranty and even brought sample materials and options; this was the only company to have gone into any detail in this area. We booked with them and were immediately given a point-person, who was our contact for the entire project. He met with us prior to the start of the project, checked in throughout and met with us after the roof was finished. He even inspected the roof himself to make sure all went well prior to accepting final payment. The team assembled for the project had worked together for many years and were VERY hard-working, on time, efficient, polite and cleaned up extremely well during and after completing the project.
