Saw the good reviews and scheduled a call for them to come out and give us a quote, which should be a fairly simple process. During the call the lady emphasized that both home owners must be present when the sales person come out, and now I understand why, because just like the timeshare sales people they won't leave unless they get you to sign right then and right there. Even though I told him that we have an HOA and there is no way we can proceed without submitting an architectural review first. The sales person kept asking "but why? Don't you think we are a good company? Why won't you sign with us right now?" like 10 times until I finally had to stand up to leave. Oh and also the quote kept coming down, just like the other reviewer said, exactly like a timeshare company. The sales pitch took a total of 3 hours until I ended it. Luke came yesterday to install a solar tube in our roof. What we thought was going to be a straight forward installation became complicated when he discovered that we had some cracked rafters (very old house) up there. He ended up spending the entire day here not only doing the install but repairing our roof to make it structurally sound. He did a great job and I love my solar tube!
