Ben came out, noticed our unit needed to de ice and made time in his day to come back out and fix our AC unit. He was on time, and extremely friendly. He gave me some pointers on how to maintain our AC unit and did an amazing job. I highly recommend Hamilton Heating & Cooling company.
I have tried many other HVAC repair and maintenance services. I rate Hamilton Heating & Cooling company as the best to work with. They always respond and come when they say they will. They are always straight forward with the issues and give you options. I have never felt over charged. Definitely give these guys a call the next time you need any HVAC service.
Made contact with Hamilton Heating and cooling when our HVAC system failed. They installed a new HVAC system, and during installation were faced with an installer who did not communicate well, and failed to tell us that the HVAC system had a failed chip, and it would not be completely installed until the following day. During this time, I attempted to communicate with their supervisory staff, but Hamilton Heating utilizes an answering service that uses poorly trained operators, and they worsened the poor communication with our installer. The following day, after installation, an alarm came on stating to call HVAC installer for emergency service. They came out the next day and fixed a coolant issue. About 2 weeks later, our heater started making a noise that sounded like our washing machine in spin mode, so in midst of further high temps, we turned off HVAC system, and called Hamilton, who sent out a technician the next day.
