The good reviews are fake! This is the worst company I’ve ever had to work with. I hired them to replace my roof, skylights, and gutters. The salesman said the workmanship warrantee was 10 years. Read the contract and its only 1 year. They did not get an L&I permit even after I told them it was required. They performed the work incorrectly because they didn't measure the slope of my roof. This resulted in a 3 month ordeal of trying to get them to work with the L&I inspector. NW builders and renovation repeatedly failed to do the basic steps to get the permit even when I did all the groundwork for them. It was only after L&I warned them that they would receive a fine if they failed to apply for the permit that they actually started the process. The entire roof had to come off and be redone. The chimney was also sealed incorrectly, and when I sent them photo and video evidence of it leaking smoke into my house, they said that I was wrong. They finally sent somebody out to look at it, an

We bought a rental house from my nephew. He had to replace the roof in the middle of the winter. My husband and I bought the house and we’re getting ready to paint. Some of the roof nails were coming through the patio ceiling. I contacted NW Builders and Renovations hoping they could/would cut the nails even though it’s been a while. They sent someone out to do this for us!! He was very professional and within an hour the ceiling nails are cut. It looks so much better and we can now proceed with painting our home. I can’t thank you enough!!
