NW builder company helped renovation of my old home . they helped new roof . new floor. new kitchen . new bathroom . they very professional . when you call them. they answer very quickly and then try fix problems ASAP . even after work completed . if any problems . they will come and fix ASAP as warranty of work . highly recommend this company . I will hire them again for my next home project . I probably need covered deck soon . thank you NW builder .

The good reviews are fake! This is the worst company I’ve ever had to work with. I hired them to replace my roof, skylights, and gutters. The salesman said the workmanship warrantee was 10 years. Read the contract and its only 1 year. They did not get an L&I permit even after I told them it was required. They performed the work incorrectly because they didn't measure the slope of my roof. This resulted in a 3 month ordeal of trying to get them to work with the L&I inspector. NW builders and renovation repeatedly failed to do the basic steps to get the permit even when I did all the groundwork for them. It was only after L&I warned them that they would receive a fine if they failed to apply for the permit that they actually started the process. The entire roof had to come off and be redone. The chimney was also sealed incorrectly, and when I sent them photo and video evidence of it leaking smoke into my house, they said that I was wrong. They finally sent somebody out to look at it, an

After meeting with Amit about replacing our old deck, he promptly measured it, gave us a bid, created a timeline and started work. His crew was focused, hard working and knowledgeable.
