2 Sons Plumbing were able to schedule a visit sooner than their competitors. The communication was very good. My technician Steve was wonderful. He helped me figure out how to order the part I needed which was under warranty, so a lot of money was saved there. Once the part arrived, he came back and did a great job installing it. Septic Pumping What is not good to say about this company! I read the reviews and thought why not give them a try? Very responsive, professional and respectful. Cost was upfront and no surprises!!! They ran into a few issues but were able to get the job done despite the challenges and went the extra mile. Kudos to Leo for not giving up! Kudos to Paul for keeping me posted and explaining what was going on. It made a stressful event less stressful. Thank you both!! I have you on speed dial for my next service!
