2 Sons Plumbing were able to schedule a visit sooner than their competitors. The communication was very good. My technician Steve was wonderful. He helped me figure out how to order the part I needed which was under warranty, so a lot of money was saved there. Once the part arrived, he came back and did a great job installing it. Septic Pumping What is not good to say about this company! I read the reviews and thought why not give them a try? Very responsive, professional and respectful. Cost was upfront and no surprises!!! They ran into a few issues but were able to get the job done despite the challenges and went the extra mile. Kudos to Leo for not giving up! I've been dragging my feet on getting my shower leak fixed since I got ripped off by another local plumber a while back. They had told me that my shower was too old and couldn't be fixed because the cartridge couldn't be found. I had to pay them $200 for this information and since then, I figured any plumber would have the same issue and I found INSANE ways to deal with the leak while I looked into a remodel. Until recently when the leak got 10 times worse. 2 Sons Plumbing sent over Chase and he fixed the leak within an hour. He was so nice and up front about everything that he was doing and the possible ways that the solution could go and how much it could cost. It was such a night and day difference between my experience with the previous plumber. I really like the way that he set cost and process expectations with me and then followed through on them.
