I contacted Anthony's Plumbing regarding some issues we were having with our garbage disposal, and Jacob responded within the hour. He sent out CJ the same afternoon, and it was determined we needed a new disposal so we were scheduled the very next morning for the install. While CJ was onsite, I thought of another issue we were having with running out of hot water despite having a large capacity hot water tank. So the next morning, CJ replaced our disposal while Jacob diagnosed the problem with the water tank. He repaired the thermostat, and in less than 24 hours from when I first contacted Anthony's Plumbing, we had a new garbage disposal and double the amount of hot water! With a toddler who's constantly playing on the floor, I appreciated that CJ took off his shoes at the door without being asked. Jacob completed a whole house repipe for us using copper pipes, and replaced most of our old drainage pipes. The quality of his work is fantastic, and he is very pleasant to work with. We especially appreciated that Jacob is detail-oriented, thoughtful and careful with his work (including with your home!), a creative problem solver, and great at listening to his customers. His prices are also competitive. We would hire him again in a heartbeat, and enthusiastically recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.
