Electric Company of Seattle

I’ve used Electric Co. twice for re-wiring jobs, most recently for a job affecting my furnace during the winter. Brian got there ahead of schedule, completed the work promptly and with care, all for less than what the furnace repair service wanted for a consultation. We are incredibly grateful for Electric Co of Seattle! We had an electrical emergency two days before Christmas, and they came to the rescue. Such fantastic customer service, especially from Deja, who immediately put our request to the top and sent someone over, and Brian who came out to fix the issue. Brian is extremely professional and knowledgable. Not only did he get to the root of the issue quickly, but he was very careful and meticulous. We learned a lot in the hour he was at our home, teaching us what likely was the cause of the issue. We trusted Brian completely and will be using Electric Co of Seattle go forward for all our electrical needs. Their team was responsive, great to work with and we would highly recommend them any day! Was able to book and ask questions over email with ease and quick responsiveness. Dan came out and was very friendly, professional, and efficient. It only took him about half an hour to fix some electrical outlet issues but he knew what he was doing. I knew the costs up front which was helpful which was an hourly rate. The only thing I would ideally change would be in the industry (not just this company) of charging partial service hours for smaller jobs much like if you take your car in that the service rate is high but depends on the duration of the work. I understand the need for a minimal hour charge though. Would hire again if needed.
