Highly recommend this company for replacement/repair of water heaters. When our water heater broke down suddenly, I found this company online. They answered my phone call on a Saturday morning and scheduled the appointment for the next day. The technician, David R Pullen, showed up to the premises on time. He is knowledgeable, straight forward, and competent . He inspected the water heater damage, quickly gave me the run down of the new building codes, gave a quote for replacement of the heater that was beyond repair. He got the nod from me to go ahead with replacement of the unit. He carries units of different sizes in his van. He did not need to leave and come back to get a replacement unit. He finished the work on time, cleaned up the water heater closet, hauled the old unit out into his van and installed the new unit without any mess. He reviewed his work with me afterward and gave me clear instruction on inspection of the unit for possible leaks on day of installation and on the f
