Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating was amazing from the first phone call and all the way through the entire process. From our initial meeting with Comfort Consultant Robert Bowen who thoroughly went through the process and estimate, what the best options were for us and he got us scheduled very quickly for a brand new HVAC system in our home. They even brought a temporary condenser unit to the home until the day of install so that we could come back home and be comfortable. The entire install team, Manny, Luis, Cris and Nico were amazing to deal with. After the install we decided to go with the new air purifier system and another amazing job well done by Kalem! Great customer service from Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating. The technician showed up right on time and fixed my AC issue without any problems. He had to solder a pipe that was leaking refrigerant and refill the system. He was courteous, efficient, and left everything very clean when he was finished. I would definitely recommend this company!

I decided to use Gary Fox Plumbing & Heating, when it came time to replace my old water heater. The technician came right on time and was friendly and professional. He did quality work and you can tell he is a perfectionist. He also explained in detail how to maintain and care for the water heater and showed how to do everything. Overall, an excellent experience.
