I've been working here for about 4 years. Great employees, a great company to work for, and even better views of the Columbia Slough Wetlands area.
One of their drivers was too big to get out of his truck at home depot and slammed his door into my work van. I wasn't close at all. C'mon man!
Work out of a commercial space in Seattle. Had a leak that presented as a water stain in my ceiling panels. McKinstry was recommended by the owner of the commercial property. The initial diagnosis of the issue cost about $500. After the diagnosis McKinstry determined it was the HVAC fan that needed to be replaced. They order and replaced it for a little over $2,000. After about 7 months the leak has returned. Called customer service and they said would cost another $500 for a technician to evaluate. Disappointed they do not have a warranty in their work.
