I called New Concepts Plumbing Inc when my water heater went out last week. I was very surprised how quickly they were able to send someone to resolve my issue. Technician arrived on time and to my surprise made really great recommendations regarding the options and made it really easy to make educated decision. Once product was selected installation was a breeze on time and on budget. Highly recommend this company for keeping their word and making sure 100% customer satisfaction.

We have been a customer of New Concepts Plumbing for the past 2 years. They replaced one of our AC systems in 2019, during the install they did a great job at a reasonable price. Since then we have used them to maintain our AC systems and to make some adjustments to our duct work. Every time they come out they do a great job and are always looking to take of our needs without always trying to upsell us on anything. One of the units they service is over 20 years old and they have never told us it needs replacing due to performance issues. We will continue to use them for our AC needs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new AC company.
