Good old fashioned customer service. I recently worked with Bobby at O'Neill. I needed the sewer at my rental poperty hydrojetted. After cancelling because of a sick colleague, he went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He gave me his cell number, came early (outside of normal business hours), to accomodate my tenants, arrived early, was prepared, and got right down to business. Two thumbs up! Service: Drain cleaning
Bobby and Frank were able to diagnose a complicated sewer issue and provide a reasonable cost effective solution. I appreciated their professionalism, experience and knowledge. I highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing and will use them again in the future.
Mikey and Jason showed up right on time and got working/assessing quickly. They were very good at explaining things as we went, which was helpful. $350/hr is definitely a lot of money, but it’s the professional service you pay for and they are getting the job done right and quickly for me!
