I would give Stephen Larson 10 stars if I could. I called Stephen because I had a backed up basement toilet, bath and laundry room. I had two other plumbers out to the house the day before, both of whom were unable to get a camera or snake to the clogged area of the line to diagnose the problem properly. After asking around, another plumber who was too busy for my emergent issue referred me to Stephen at Pioneer Plumbing, and told me he was the "Inspector Gadget of the plumbing world". I called and left Stephen a voicemail, he promptly called me back, and was at my house within an hour of talking to me. He was able to get his camera to the clogged area within minutes of arriving, assessed the situation quickly, and then got the line cleared. I was impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, positive attitude. I am very thankful for his years of experience which enabled him to solve my sewer line problems quickly and efficiently.
