Sound Oil Company

Emergency emergency. The 50-year-old furnace stopped working in the 80-year-old house where my 85-year-old mother lives. It happened on Sunday. Mom didn't want to pay double time but they did come first thing in the morning. We were able to heat the house up with some space heaters. I would recommend anyone having a couple of them around just in case, especially if you have an oil furnace!!! Their Glenn was very nice and very polite and very helpful. Thank you, Glenn

What an awful monopoly it is becoming, they have pretty much bought everywhere.. I did not know that they were strong-arming people until I needed service, and the only place I could find was sound oil, they told me because I don’t buy oil from them that they probably couldn’t fix my heater, I offered to sign up an account with them but they basically told me they didn’t need me, I was told they would contact me back the next day, and of course, nobody did, if this is how they do business, I would rather go somewhere else, where I am not strong, armed into getting service, luckily, I found Genessee, and they were happy to come out and fix my heater without any catches, I decided to sign up with a loyal, decent, honest company, and I’m glad I didn’t end up with sound, what company does this ?start buying up all the small businesses and then force people, what a horrible way to do business

We had a problem with our oil furnace (explosion). I called Friday late morning asking to get on their schedule for some one to come out to look at it. I was expecting sometime next week maybe and because of the explosion thought that it wouldn't be good news. One of the Tec's showed up maybe at 3 PM same day to my surprise, Sorry I didn't get his name. He did a full service and got us back running in a short time, he was great. Thanks Sound Oil Company.
