extra big thank you to splash for the no show/no call. 'aw shucks my bad' doesn't cut it, don't you have an appointment book or schedule? i am legally blind with limited vision and was hoping to find a reliable and trustworthy plumber to quote and proceed with the work, instead i got classic seattle passive aggressive 'my bad'. is it really that hard to be professional?
Service was scheduled in a timely manner, plumber arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Cleaned up work area and took old disposal to discard. Would definitely recommend.
Splash charged me $100 to come look at a sporadically running toilet.I was told there wasn't a problem, but if it continued, they would return to replace a part. The problem continued, so I texted Deborah, the principal, twice to report the issue. She has yet to return my text, call me, or offer to fix the problem. I feel ripped off of the $100 I paid on the spot.
