The few times repairs have been needed they were done quickly and at the cost proposed. I have a complicated/old in-floor radiant heating/hot water system so when the furnace stops so does the heat and hot water. Usually when I call them it is an emergency because both don't work. The technicians are experts that come out to fix this complicated system know exactly what to do, troubleshooting causes for failure. They always get the job done.
