When the rain got into my house, it was not a pretty picture. Advance roofing worked hard to get me a new roof. They cared more about my leaky roof than I did, yet I thought I worried more. Their team was great. Communication was flawless. Best customer service I have seen in Spokane WA. They added plywood in areas that needed plywood. After 4 different quotes I went with advance roofing LLC for a complete tear off, installation, and soffit repair for my old house. The quote was very reasonable. Even 10 thousand less than 2 other ones. My estimator George was absolutely amazing to work with. Didn't try to sell me up on a whole bunch of products and fancy things. He was very responsive, and patient with all of my questions and did a great job of explaining things. He brought my house up to code with additional box vents and explained how everything works up there. From the time of the estimate, it took them less than a week to come out and complete the job. The crew of guys worked their butts off to resheet OSB and get a barrier on before any questionable weather.
