Anderson's Sheet Metal Heating

I was selling my home, and was requested by the buyer to have an HVAC inspection done on my current, perfectly functioning HVAC system. I agreed and had a company, who I will not name, come out and do the inspection. The HVAC tech basically told me there were was a rattling in the interior unit and told me these parts had to be replaced.... about $400 dollars worth. He also told me that the system was functioning fine but aging and he recommended a total replacement.... even though I had never had a problem with it. I'm not putting that on an inspection report!!!?? I called Anderson's and asked for a second opinion inspection, and I'm very glad I did. The rattling $400 dollar part that the other company tried to sell me, was a loose screw.... he tightened it... wow... that was easy. He also inspected the rest of the HVAC system and as I had known prior... there was no need for the entire system to be replaced. It all worked fine. They were great, came in and did a furnace service within one day. Friendly technician answered all my questions. Will be using them in the future.
