Ben & Stan, the plumbers who performed the repairs, arrived on time, they looked & acted very professional at all times. They explained what repairs needed to be done & surprisingly completed the repairs within an hour. There was no mess when they left. GSP saved us a ton of money and frustration. The tech came by to evaluate our project and showed us that it was actually an easy DIY project! We had been anxious about doing it ourselves, but he walked us through it. We will save him for when we have a repair or something needing expertise! The customer service was excellent. We were impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and honesty. Thank you for NOT taking us to the cleaners. When we really do need the pros, we will call you again! Update: we have since done the work that the Gold Seal guy recommended we do ourselves and it was easy. We spent the whole time feeling grateful for the money he’d saved us.
