We are first time home owners and could not have chosen a better pick. We noticed that the kitchen sink wasn’t draining as soon as we moved in which was a huge shock considering we had an inspector look over everything. Long story short, we found out that the previous owner had dumped mortar down the sink thus completely blocking the pipes. Thanks to Gold Seal, we now have a completely neat, correctly plumped sink, inspected piping/cleaned out pipes and reason to go back to the seller for reimbursement! David did an excellent job and even took the time to make some minor repairs needed that was not part of the original work. He explained in detail his work and how to maintain the quality of the work done. 5 stars for sure.
