Fred's recommended these people and I will never use them again....I'm even hesitant about Fred's if they recommend a company as disreputable as this one. They told me that there were some "maybes" on the install of our cooktop, then charged for all the maybes even though they didn't do them. Ended up with multiple chips in my Formica and sawdust everywhere and on everything in the kitchen. They didn't even install the cooktop straight the first time....how sad. More sad, I have to give them a one-star rating as zero stars is not an option

I am a contractor and I was working at a job for a client who had this company come and install their sink faucet, I was working in a different area and the plumber said he won't work in the same house with another contractor there, even if they are in a different area. He was ready to leave if I didn't which is ridiculous.Stay away from this rude and entitled company, I'm not surprised they have so many bad reviews.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an install service. J and J came out to do a water heater install and my new water heater now runs for only 10 minutes before going cold. J and J said they would make it right and did not, when a technician came back out they said they would not work on the heater they installed. Very poor business model. Do not use them for your plumbing services in the tri cities. Service: Water heater installation
