I am a contractor and I was working at a job for a client who had this company come and install their sink faucet, I was working in a different area and the plumber said he won't work in the same house with another contractor there, even if they are in a different area. He was ready to leave if I didn't which is ridiculous.Stay away from this rude and entitled company, I'm not surprised they have so many bad reviews.

Paid Home Depot for a garbage disposal installation, had no idea which company would be coming so I couldn’t check reviews. The plumbers came into my house, looked under my sink and quoted us another $600 ON TOP of what I already paid. They said they needed to blast into our wall and change all our piping around and would not be responsible for repairing our wall or our cabinetry. Told them we need to think about it and called another plumber. The other plumber did minor rearrangements of the pipes under our sink and had the garbage disposal installed in 20 minutes. Now I’m having trouble getting my money back for the install that was never done. What a joke!

I read all of the negative reviews and was hesitant to hire J&J, but they were the delivery and installation choice of Fred's Appliance and many local and national stores, so we had them out for a quote. Andy was entirely professional in his estimate and his visit to our home to quote for the installation of a new hooded vent and range. When he came back to install he was careful of our floors, carpets and kitchen, neat and exacting in his work. We couldn't be happier with the look and function of our new appliances and we have Andy and J&J to thank. Andy was timely and stuck to the quote that he had presented to us. Steve at Fred's Appliance coordinated the efforts and as always his efforts were flawless. Thank you Andy and J&J for great work.
