I was so thankful that our new system came with a free duct cleaning to make sure it’s working the best it can. John and Johnny came and did our duct cleaning and they were so nice! They were quick and efficient and got the job done well. Everyone that we encountered at Mainstream throughout our whole experience was fabulous! Highly recommend them!

This happened over a year ago and I am still upset and would not recommend Mainstream to anyone I know. I had a pipe clog and called Mainstream. They sent someone out, who removed a toilet to snake the pipes. Claimed he could not remove the clog, proceeded to remove the other toilet in the house. Claimed he could also not locate and remove the clog from this toilet. Mind you, my house is very small and has a very simple plumbing set-up. He calls in his supervisor. They work on this for several hours, then proceed to tell me, "You're septic tank is broken." Tell me not to use any plumbing and call a septic company. Charge me $600 for removing/resetting toilets and snaking the pipe. I call in the septic company. There is nothing wrong with my tank. Both toilets are now leaking because they did not reset them properly, so my husband fixed them. There was a clog, as I had suspected, and they fixed it, and didn't even have the knowledge and experience to know that. They were simply confused

We are so lucky to have the Mainstream team there to help us. They are simply the best at whatever you need them for. Dan, is our permanent house electrician. He is skilled, professional, personable and fair. Today he brought Terry to assist and also their in-house code inspector, Chuck all came to repair an electrical outlet. Same price. We got and agreed on the price before worked started. The job was quickly done and they even help my wife with an electrical fan problem. I will tell you upfront, if you want the cheapest, you may find a cheaper price, but if you want a win-win relationship with a tradesperson, you won’t find better.
