I had no pressure after cleaning my tankless hot water heater. Mark the plumber with Mr. Rooter provided great customer service and support. I was able to solve the issue with his guidance and support! I was very happy with the service and price especially since the support was provided on a Sunday.

The first day they had to reschedule after I had already taken half a day off work. Rescheduled for the next day, again I had to take another half a day off. Then $600 to replace a faucet I supplied. They were only there for 45 minutes. I was backed into a corner and had to approve the repairs since I was going out of town the next day as my elderly parents needed a working sink. Will not use Mr Rooter again. Service: Plumbing leak repair
