We hired Raptor Rooter (Justin) to investigate a “bulge of water drooping from our ceiling”. After investigating the water became visible after cutting access holes to determine the root cause. Their price was reasonable. We had a few complexities and Justin worked with us on them. This is so rare! Justin is very nice and easy-going.

 He was compassionate and understanding of the situation. He stayed late on a Friday to work the job until he had no choice but to get supplies on Mon. He did a great fixing the leak and clean up.
