I had almost given up on having our dishwasher installed for a fair price after getting the run-around from several outfits. However, Raptor Rooter was very responsive, sending someone out immediately to give a free on-site quote, and when I agreed he was ready to do the work right then. An hour later, Calem had installed our dishwasher and gotten rid of the old one. He even cleaned the cavity before putting in the new dishwasher. We are so grateful to him for getting our appliance up and running, and we don’t have to hand wash everything anymore!

Our hot water tank quit working suddenly on weekend.I reached out to Raptor Rooter on Monday and scheduled appointment for Tuesday.Nate, our technician specialists, arrived even earlier with a text in advance that he is on the way(greatly appreciated).After explaining our delema and examining the water hitter, he quoted same day delivery and installation, and I accepted. The work was completed within a couple of hours(give or take).Nate is knowledgeable and professional and answered all the questions I had.He even submitted a warranty registration on our behalf!!!
