Wood Run Renovate and Repair

WoodRun did a beautiful job repairing and renovating our water damaged bathroom- big shout out to Downey and John! Great guys and man they do incredible work! Sharman was both professional and very personable- I would recommend Wood Run to anyone that wants a project done right!

I would not recommend Wood Run for any kind of work, especially for insurance jobs. It seems insurance jobs take a lower priority than other jobs, something I believe other reviewers have indicated as well. It’s taken them 7 months to work on a flood repair that still isn’t done, after being told it would be an easy job. The delays came from significant employee turnover (we worked with 4 different lead carpenters, all due to turnover), disastrous material order mess-ups (I can’t count how many times cabinets had to be ordered and reordered because they were either the wrong size, wrong style, or broken). There is a complete lack of accountability (blaming previous employees, material distributors, etc.), a serious lack of oversight (the PM never checked out the materials that had been ordered to ensure they were correct/in good condition before delivery, had no idea that our bathroom had been left incomplete for a month, and was surprised at the terrible workmanship of one of his form

I especially want to thank and report on the excellent work by craftsman Kevin Underwood. He was on time, skillful and dedicated to his craft. He did everything to help us the home owners. He tackled our job in many different areas, such as: painting the kitchen, installing the bamboo hardwood floor in the kitchen and dining area. He skillfully remade the cabinets that were damaged, measured the counter tops and was friendly and understanding about the water damage done to our home.
