I noticed an issue with my roof not shedding water correctly and called Avidus after searching online for roofers. Artem came up that same day and surveyed my entire roof for problems. He noted several areas of concern and took digital pictures that he used to show and explain the problems. We agreed on what needed to be done and he had someone up that week to make the repairs. The cost was more than fair and I was happy with the results. Several months later we had an issue on a different part of our roof. During a rain storm my wife noticed water coming into the house through an outlet in the wall. When I went into the attic to see what was going on, in found a leak in the roof around an improperly installed furnace vent. This was NOT a vent that Avidus had installed but I was quick to call Artem because he had done such a good job in our previous repair. He called back that night and used the digital pictures he had taken previously to find out exactly where the problem was. He

There was a backlog that made our shed roof replacement about 5 weeks out, but once they got started they completed the roofing in about 4-5 hours and replaced two pieces of window frame wood for no extra cost. A very good job completed well! I am very pleased with the job they did. The foreman was very professional. His helper needed an attitude check...unfortunately too typical for today's young men.
