Called and left a message about a furnace/heat pump system. Got a prompt call back from Darren letting me know they don't really work on heat pumps any more due to problems with these systems. I explained the issue I was having and he helped me understand what was going on and how to basically resolve the issue myself. It worked great! If I have a problem with my furnace or the heat pump goes and I need AC installed..... Revive will be my first call.

I called at least 5 other places to get our AC unit repaired on the hottest days of the summer in Spokane. Our unit was leaking water all over. Daren called me back right away, was informative, friendly and professional. He was able to come out early the next day, which was two days earlier than any other company I called that actually responded to me. He knew what the problem was right away, fixed it quickly, it works great and looks like a clean/pro job. The entire time he was really informative and was great about answering all of my questions about AC/Heating and how we could get the most out of our system, or what work we might consider doing in the future. When my AC quit working recently, I contacted 2 different HVAC companies to give me a quote. After being told different things, I contacted Revive after a friend of mine recommended them. Daren and his crew where very professional, personable, and dependable. Daren took the time to explain everything to me and gave his recommendation, without any pressure, as to what he thought needed to be done. Since the work I needed done was at my rental, I wasn't there overseeing the work as it was being done. They had to move the AC unit from it's previous location, which required removing some concrete edging and cutting new vent holes in the downstairs wall for ventilation when the new furnace installed. It all turned out as good as I hoped for and I was very pleased with the work that was done. I highly recommend Revive Heating and Air Conditioning!
