R&R Heating & Air Conditioning

AC went out on the hottest day of the year. We have been using R&R for several years both for installation of our HVAC system as well as annual maintenance services. I called to see if I could get assistance and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to schedule a visit the same day. Robert called ahead of time and let me know when he would arrive, then upon arrival quickly diagnosed the issue, had the necessary part on hand for repair, and restored service. Since it was nearing the time of year we normally schedule annual service I asked if it would be possible to complete the annual service as well. Robert called his dispatch and was able to complete all annual services at the same time. Very friendly service with knowledgeable technicians and I definitely recommend!

Super happy with how all of the systems ínstales by R&R have functioned after 6 months in our new home (furnace, ac, water heater, air filtration). They reached out when the warmer temps were starting to make sure we knew how to get the AC running properly and have provided video tutorials for all necessary functions. And Lexi took the time to come out and teach us about all systems installed by R&R, how to change and/or clean filters, and the maintenance schedule for all equipment. You guys have always been amazing, but you went above & beyond for me this time. After another company bailed on me an hour before they were supposed to be at my house, I called your office…I needed a serving on my furnace with very short notice and y’all made it happen at the last minute and at a great price to boot!
