R&R Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been a customer for years. They have been great to work with every time. Our furnace stopped working in the middle of winter and on a weekend and they were out a few hours after we called. Our 20 year old AC died and they were here about an hour after we called. Tim, the technician, was super nice and very helpful. Bill, their salesman, was also super nice and easy to work with. Our capacitor went out on one of the hottest days of the year. R&R had a tech out the next day. Tim was awesome and had our unit back up and running within minutes. AC went out on the hottest day of the year. We have been using R&R for several years both for installation of our HVAC system as well as annual maintenance services. I called to see if I could get assistance and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to schedule a visit the same day. Robert called ahead of time and let me know when he would arrive, then upon arrival quickly diagnosed the issue, had the necessary part on hand for repair, and restored service. Since it was nearing the time of year we normally schedule annual service I asked if it would be possible to complete the annual service as well. Robert called his dispatch and was able to complete all annual services at the same time. Very friendly service with knowledgeable technicians and I definitely recommend!
