I've used Shaw in the past, so I called them this time to come out and take a look at a toilet leak. George arrived exactly when he said he would and diagnosed the problem as needing a new toilet. After he returned with the part, he had it installed and working like it should in no time. George was very professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with. George, from Shaw plumbing was wonderful. I live in a townhome in Kendall Yards and the builders have used many inferior products. Thus for over eight years my garage frost-free faucet leaked. The repair took George’s skill and strength to work with the short hose at the back of the faucet. If he had not been able to do this, a repair would have involved removing the water heater and cutting open the wall.
