Kenneth and Sean came out to my house to fix an issue. Ended up being a bigger issue than I anticipated BUT Kenneth and Sean told me their plan to get things right and they offer to get it done the same day. 100% recommend Tacoma Rooter and if you’re lucky, you’ll get Kenneth and Sean. If I ever have any more plumbing issues in the future I will return but I will request those two by name. Let me put it this way; If I had two quotes for the same job and Mr. Rooter came in at a higher price, I’d pay the higher price for Mr. Rooter.

They were really fast, we had a small plumbing emergency, we called at around 2:30PM and They were at our house with the problem FIXED, by 4:10PM. Between that hour and half They took our call and information, scheduled us, sent out a technician, and then the technician showed up, gave us an estimate cost, fixed the problem and took our payment and left. All in ONE and a Half hours! That's service!
