Huge shoutout to Ryan Sutherland one of the managers, and his team, Nathan. I had my sewer line replaced 6 months ago, Ryan and his team were out- very supportive, professional. They kept me up to date with the replacement! The team was great, I wish I remembered their names- friendly and personable. Ryan worked with my budget which I truly appreciate. Last week my basement flooded and I called Ryan around 830pm. He answered and I told him what was going on. He sent help right away to address the flooding! I couldn't believe it! The next day his awesome team replaced my sump pump that had failed, causing the flood, again worked with my budget!! I then had some issues with my new sewer line, again Ryan sent help, Nathan arrived to save the day. Found out it was a break in the city's line affecting me. I paid over $3000 dollars for half a solution. Main house has water now but the apartment out back is now without water. When I agreed to the cost it was made to seem like the repair would fix the problem not create new problems. Instead of fixing or offer a solution was told to use a hose bib for now to supply water. Took days longer than originally discussed. Very upset. Will have to hire another company to fix the new issue that was created.
