Carlos and his crew were able to come the same day we called to investigate our sewer line that was backing up. They were able to determine with their camera that the line was plugged and failing due to Orangeburg pipe. They jetted it so we could get by for a few days till they could do the sewer line replacement. Carlos was thorough in explaining our options and was respectful and professional in all our interactions. He also was great on returning my calls and answering any questions I had. I don't leave very many reviews, but I feel compelled to leave one for Rooter Tech as the service we received was exceptional. We needed a full sewer replacement and we were unable to use our shower and toilet until the work was done. Carlos was prompt, efficient, honest and his crew worked very hard and were very thorough.They were very professional and considerate of their surroundings, taking care of our property while working and when done, left things better than when they arrived.
