If you have a very complicated problem with a clogged, underground, downspout, drain-pipe, Carlos Martinez is the man for the job. Look no further. Our downspout, drainage system is 31 years-old. One drain was completely blocked resulting in water overflowing next to the foundation. Initially another company was called but was unable to diagnose the cause of the obstruction and recommend a fix. Then, Carlos was contacted and found the level of blockage using a flexible, hose-style camera. He carried out a cogent plan of action which involved digging a deep hole (photo) underneath an aggregate concrete wall, then removing the old, broken section of PVC pipe which contained a 5-foot length of tangled, compacted, pyramidalis roots - the cause of the obstruction (photo). Carlos and his crew were able to come the same day we called to investigate our sewer line that was backing up. They were able to determine with their camera that the line was plugged and failing due to Orangeburg pipe. They jetted it so we could get by for a few days till they could do the sewer line replacement. Carlos was thorough in explaining our options and was respectful and professional in all our interactions. He also was great on returning my calls and answering any questions I had.
