The team from Russ was very communicative from when they first came out to give the quote to when they wrapped up the job. No other company we got a quote from spent as much time actually going through our needs and space, even getting into the crawl space, to see what was possible. They ended up recommending a mini-split and a heat pump. They got all the work done in a single day and walked us through the new system. They even uncovered some additional issues with the rest of our HVAC system and helped us identify different fixes based on budget and need. We so appreciated their professionalism and skill.
