But they included my husband in their problem-solving process, which he really appreciated. They gave us simple DIY options for the future. And the charge for this high level of service was low. I have been a longtime customer of Scott’s and his team. About one week ago, one of our toilets was having “phantom flushing”. Scott came out that same morning and since it was a simple fix, he did this free of charge. I can’t recommend Scott enough.
