We worked with Matt. He came out and did a whole home inspection of a home we own. Matt helped us come up with list of items that needed to be done and explained why. Great service from beginning to end. I was able to schedule an appointment within two days and the plumber arrived punctually. He was extremely thorough and professional in explaining my issue and had it repaired within a couple of hours on the same visit. Update: I am updating my rating for At your service plumbing from my initial rating and here is the reason why. The good thing about At your service plumbing is that they claim and provide customer satisfaction as best they can. Looking at my concerns around the cost and pricing, they have refunded me some amount back. It is not the amount I expected (asked for a still high) to be refunded but it shows an effort from their side. Second good thing, I worked with Dan (the plumber). Dan is very easy to talk to and is very friendly. He teaches you as he works and creates very calm environment while working. The issues I still have is if they knew they are pricy, let the customer know beforehand and not waste, each others time. When the team reached out to me regarding my review, I clearly mentioned it to them that if the plumber had fixed prices for certain things (dishwasher installation), they should have let me know before scheduling anything so that I can choose whether I would like to
